Orlando Attractions with Florida Resident Discounts
Let’s talk about Florida resident discounts! Being a Florida resident has its perks when it comes to tourist attractions. We have more opportunities to explore for a day or even a couple of hours and return home. Thankfully, many attractions offer discounts to local residents.

Florida Resident Discounts
Here are some great local spots offering Florida Resident Discounts.
Central Florida Zoo
Central Florida Zoo is offering a 20 days of 20% off promotion for Florida Residents. From September 21 until October 16, on weekdays, Florida residents can enjoy discounted entry to the zoo. Not only can kids see animals at the zoo, there are also animal feedings, an aerial course, a zoo train, and more. See all there is to do at the zoo on a day out here.
Discovery Cove
Discovery Cove is a great day out for the family. Kids will love playing in the pool, swimming along a tropical river, and interacting with the animals around the park. Kids can hand-feed birds, swim with dolphins and wade with otters. Even better, all food and drink are included in the admission price.
For Florida residents, Discovery Cove offers a 20% discount off all their packages.
A Go Orlando Pass is a great way to save on Orlando attractions. You can save up to 50% off each individual attraction. It is great for locals and visitors alike.
Gatorland
Gatorland is a Florida favorite among locals and visitors. Take the whole family for airboat rides, ziplining, off road adventures, shows, and animal encounters.
Right now, Gatorland is offering half off tickets for Florida residents bringing ticket prices down to $15 for adults, $12.50 for seniors and $10 for children. Take advantage of these Florida Resident discount prices now through November 30.
Legoland
Travel a bit out of Orlando to have a blast at Legoland. It may be on a smaller scale than our larger Orlando theme parks, but it is still packed for a day of fun.

Enjoy Florida Resident discounts for an annual pass to Legoland. Passes are only $119 for one year of access (some blockout dates do apply) to Legoland Florida Theme Park and Water Park where you can walk through Lego cities, climb the kid power towers, take an adventure with Ninjago and have some fun splashing around in the water.
Madame Tussauds at ICON Park
Where else can you take a stroll through history, pose with pop stars, and assist the Justice League? Madame Tussauds offers so much family fun, it will definitely make you second guess if these are really just wax statues.
Florida resident tickets for Madame Tussauds are $25 for adults and $20 for kids.

Sea Life Aquarium at ICON Park
Sea Life Aquarium is a small aquarium at ICON Park. A fan favorite at Sea Life Aquarium is the feeling of being a part of the underwater habitat while walking through their 360-degree tunnel.
Florida residents save $5 off of tickets to Sea Life Aquarium only paying $23 per adult (13+) and $18 per child (12 and under) if booked online in advance.
Tip: Combine a visit to Sea Life Aquarium with Madame Tussauds and save even more. Tickets are $35 for adults and $30 for kids.
Universal Orlando Resort
Who wouldn’t love the opportunity to stand next to Bumblebee or Optimus Prime?
Take advantage of Universal Orlando’s Florida Resident discount prices and buy a one day ticket for $165, and you are able to visit both parks everyday through December 24 for free; add on Volcano Bay for only $29 more! Florida residents also receive discounts on annual passes to the park.
Walt Disney World
Walt Disney World Florida Resident Discount is by far my family’s favorite. We were able to use the ticket discount and plan our first family vacation when our kiddos were toddlers. We were hooked after that first trip and took advantage of their other Florida resident discounts to also become annual pass holders.
Right now, Disney is offering a great discount for Florida residents that don’t want annual passes. You can purchase a 2-day ticket for $130, 3 day ticket for $174 and $195 for a 4 day ticket. This is a steal compared to the normal prices of a Disney ticket.

Drive thru safari, gators, and airboats, yes please! Wild Florida guarantees a day full of outdoor fun with their many options to choose from. They offer a drive-thru safari park, where you can see a variety of exotic animals, visit the alligator park or go on an airboat tour.
For Florida residents, Wild Florida offers discounts on their 3 main attractions/parks. Tickets to the Alligator Park are $5 per person or you can get an annual pass for $20. The drive-thru safari is $20 for adults/$15 per child (12 and under). One-hour airboat tours are discounted to $44.20 per adult and $36.55 per child.
