Some “bunny” in your family is going to love this!  After having the Easter egg hunt, plan a few Easter themed games for the family like a potato sack race, egg and spoon race, or pin the tail on the bunny.

Dress Up Your Pet

The fur babies want to get in on the fun of Easter too!  Dress your pet in a fun headband with bunny ears and it will truly make them very “egg-cited” to join in on the family Easter photo.

Dyeing Eggs

If your kiddos have Easter baskets, then dyeing eggs is the perfect addition to that basket.  You can naturally dye eggs or use a store bought dye; whichever you choose, it will add a little bit of pretty to every basket.

Easter Cards

Send a homemade Easter card to friends and family to bring them joy during the holiday season.  Kiddos will enjoy making cards from scratch with just a few simple items like construction paper, glue, and glitter and have them write their own message as a personal touch while the recipients will be glad to receive such a memorable keepsake.

Easter Crafts

Arts and crafts are fun any time of the year, but at Easter, it is even more fun!  In addition to decorating Easter eggs, make some cute arts and crafts as Easter basket stuffers or as decorations for the dinner table.

If making hot crossed buns isn’t a tradition in your family, then it needs to become one quickly!  Hot crossed buns are ooey and gooey and pretty simple to make.  They are a perfect treat on Easter Sunday morning.

Plant Flowers

Nothing says Springtime like planting flowers.  It is a chance to get outdoors, bond with family, and get your hands dirty too.  head to your local nursery or hardware store and get a few bulbs and seeds.  Engage the kiddos in beautifying the home by planting flowers in the garden or in a pot.

Specialty Easter Drinks

Fun and fruity colorful drinks are always in season, especially at Easter.  From mimosas for the adults to a twist on a Shirley Temple, a tasty specialty Easter themed drink will have the whole family enjoying dinner that much more.

Visit the Easter Bunny

Put on your Sunday best and take the whole family out to visit the Easter Bunny.  While visiting, take a picture with him.  The little ones will love it and the memories will last a lifetime.
