Even in a normal year, Thanksgiving dinner can be stress-inducing. Getting the turkey just right, making all the sides, getting the table set for 60, and then the dishes. Oh, those dishes. It feels like the next three days are spent cleaning up. We stopped cooking for Thanksgiving though, and we have found that there are some great restaurants that are not only open for Thanksgiving Dinner in Orlando, but they offer some wonderful specials as well. (Updated for 2021)

Blu on the Avenue

Blu on the Avenue is serving a traditional turkey dinner for Thanksgiving. You can dine in or pre-order everything to go and celebrate at home.

Cafe Tu Tu Tango

Cafe Tu Tu Tango is featuring a special Thanksgiving bottomless brunch, with popular menu mainstays and seasonal dishes for $28.82. Add on bottomless mimosas or blood marys for an additional $19 per person. Nor a brunch lover? They will also be open for dinner, and you can order off of the regular menu.

Canvas Restaurant and Market

Canvas is offering  a 3-course Thanksgiving dinner with a choice of Turkey or Filet Mignon. The cost is $60 for adults and $16 for kids. If you prefer to do eat at home, but not have to cook, they are also offering a set Thanksgiving to go meal that you pick up on Thanksgiving day. You just pick your preferred time slot, show up and just take home and serve. The meal includes Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, sweet potato casserole, cranberry sauce, gravy and a pumpkin pie. You can add appetizers, wine and specialty cocktails to round out your meal if you would like. Takeout meal is $225.

If you are looking for a great dinner set, to serve your take-out Thanksgiving dinner on, this set is disposable but doesn’t look it. It is perfect for a nice, but easy to clean-up dinner service.

Christini’s Ristorante Italiano

In addition to their traditional menu, Christini’s will have a special 3-course Thanksgiving meal for $67.50 per person (children under 12 are half-price). Choose from ravioli or spinach salad to start, followed by a Turkey plate with sweet potatoes, green beans and stuffing, followed by an apple tart or chocolate mousse.

DoveCote will be offering a Thanksgiving Buffet featuring turkey, ham, strip loin with all the sides. If you prefer to dine at home, you can also order your Thanksgiving meal to go. The takeout meal features ham or turkey and is enough to feed 6. The buffet is $64.95 for adults and $29.95 for kids. The takeout dinner is $149.95.

F & D Kitchen and Bar will be serving up 3 course Thanksgiving Dinner. To start, you have a choice of soup or salad, then a choice of your main course including a turkey dinner, lamb, porchetta or grouper. Fleming’s Steakhouse will have, in addition to its regular dinner menu, a turkey three-course meal, as well as a filet mignon or ribeye three-course Thanksgiving meal. There is also a special children’s three-course menu.

Knife and Spoon

Knife and Spoon at the Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes will feature a three-course family-style Thanksgiving Dinner for $135 per adult with a special menu for kids. Seatings from 11:30-2:30 and 5:30-9:30.

Lakeside Bar + Grill

Lakeside Bar + Grill will feature a three-course family-style dinner on Thanksgiving. Adults are $65 each and children ages 6-12 are $25.

Latitude and Longitude

Latitude and Longitude will offer a buffet-style menu for Thanksgiving from 1-6pm. Enjoy Thanksgiving with a show – starting at 5:00PM, Raglan Road will feature Irish music and dancing. Turkey, potatoes, carrots, and stuffing are only part of the menu being served for dinner. Adults are $35 and children are $17.50.

The Rosen Plaza Hotel is offering their traditional Thanksgiving buffet from 12:00PM to 5:00PM. The buffet includes classics such as roast turkey and prime rib, as well as traditional sides like maple glazed sweet potatoes with marshmallow pecan streusel. There is also a pasta station, salad station, seafood station and of course a dessert table.  Adults are $49.95 and Children 4-11 are $29.95.

STK has a special Thanksgiving meal planned featuring turkey with all the trimmings. In addition, the full regular menu will be available. If you prefer to take it to-go, they will prepare a meal for two for $119, which includes spiced pumpkin pie. The special Thanksgiving dinner is $59 for adults and $29 for kids. The pumpkin pie is $12 per slice.

The Venetian Chop House will be offering a prix fixe menu for dine-in from 2:00PM to 8:00 PM. The dinner comes with a suck amuse bouche, a choice of salad, choice of turkey, short ribs or halibut with traditional sides, and a dessert trio. Pricing is $95 for adults and $55 for kids ages 4-10.
