Looking for somewhere to take the kids for them to run around and burn off some energy, but it’s too cold, rainy, windy (insert whatever adjective works here) outside. Well, worry no more. We have put together a list of indoor play areas  in Orlando that you can take the kiddos to. Shoes are a no-no at most of these places, so make sure you bring socks.

Indoor Play Areas in Orlando – Younger Kids

Amaya Papaya
Amaya Papaya is open play place for your little ones ages 0-5. They have open drop-in to from Monday to Friday. Kids can explore and get creative in the 7 themed play areas, including: Construction Corner, Sensory Garden, Creativity Studio, Neighborhood Square, Infant Park, Movement Zone and Imagination Stage.

Important to Note: Amaya Papaya also offers enrichment events, play groups and workshops for kids.

Chuck E Cheese
Looking for a one-stop shop to entertain your little one, look no further than Chuck-E-Cheese. It has games, rides and food all in one convenient location. Kids can earn tickets to redeem for prizes and we know nothing makes a kid happier than free stuff!

Grammy’s Indoor Playground
Just like going to Grandma’s house, Grammy’s Indoor Playground offers an indoor playground space for children up to age 6. Kids are able to pick and sell veggies in the farmers market, play on the jungle gym, cook in the kitchen, play with trains, draw pictures on the chalk board wall, work with tools in “Pop Pop’s Shop”, or sit back and relax on Grammy’s porch with a picture book

Important to note: You are able to bring your own lunch. Grammy’s offers a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot for your convenience. They also offer free wi-fi.

Millie Moo’s
Millie Moo’s Play Cafe is a fun indoor play area with slides, a small ball pit, and pretend play areas.  Opened by a mom with a special needs child and a younger daughter, it is a safe space for parents with special needs children as well as younger children.  Enjoy a special breakfast or lunch while you’re there.  They are currently open for 2 hour sessions with reservations, as well as birthday parties.

My Little Town Kids
My Little Town Kids is a fun place for imaginative play for kiddos. Little ones can play in the castle, have a tea party, climb and play.

Peanut’s Playhouse
Peanut’s Playhouse is the perfect place for your little peanut to while away an hour. They can play with trains and pretend to collect tickets from passengers, hold a car race with other little kids or even rock out on the drums. Sitting and playing quietly is also an option. Whatever makes them happy, right!

Important to Note: Peanut’s Playhouse is mainly for kids 1-6 years old. Kids 7 years old and older will be accepted under certain circumstances.

Hukoos

Indoor Play Areas in Orlando – All Ages

AirHeads Orlando
Instead of having your kids bounce off the walls, take them to AirHeads Orlando and have them bounce on trampolines instead. Kids can bounce around to their hearts content, get lots of exercise and wear themselves out. We think that’s a pretty great combination.

Important to note: Grip socks are required and can be purchased for $2.99; socks are reusable for future jumping sessions.

Altitude Trampoline

Monkey Joe’s
If your kids like to monkey around, take them to Monkey Joe’s (pun intended). They can go crazy bouncing around and going down some serious slides. If you have little ones, don’t worry; there is a toddler only area for kids 3 and under.

Planet Obstacle
Planet Obstacle in Lake Mary is the World’s Largest indoor obstacle park.  It has something for everyone.  Bumper cars, foam pit, trampolines, zipline, kiddie ninja course, and toddler play area makes for a day full of fun for the whole family.
