Celebrating Hispanic Heritage at Orange County Library

The Orange County Library system is presenting “Celebrating Hispanic Heritage”: a month long series of virtual events celebrating the contributions and achievements of the Latinx community. The virtual events will have unique activities like acrylic painting, stories and songs, drawing challenges, and cooking lessons, to name a few!

Annual Hispanic Heritage Music and Dance

Marion Oaks Community Center is hosting their Annual Hispanic Heritage Music & Dance event. There will be music, food, and fun! Grab your family and enjoy a lively celebration of history!

Florida Puerto Rican Parade and Festival

The Florida Puerto Rican Parade & Festival are a celebration of Puerto Rican culture and heritage. The parade begins on E. Concord Street and N Orange Avenue and ends at the festival, across the street from the Amway Center. This year’s parade theme is: First Responders and Essential Workers. There will be tons of performances, food vendors, artisans, and a kids play area!

Ritmo del Sol at CFCArts

Honoring the exceptional music of Latinx jazz, the CFCArts Big Band presents Ritmo del Sol, a performance inspired by the merging sounds of salsa, samba, Afro-Cuban bop and many more.

Lake Nona Hispanic Heritage Festival

The Lake Nona Hispanic Heritage Festival is a great place to experience the vibrant flavors of Latinx cultures. It will feature authentic dishes, live music, and kid friendly activities like face painting and crafts!

Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month at Orange County Regional History Center

Go visit Orange County Regional History Center as Smithsonian Magazine kicks-off Hispanic Heritage Month by recognizing Latin American arts and culture. There will be several Central Florida artists displaying and selling their artwork. You’ll have a chance to meet the artists, see live painting demonstrations, and partake in family friendly activities!

Salsa y Sazón Latin Food and Music Fest

Viva Osceola Festival

Bring your friends and family to Kissimmee to celebrate the 29th VIVA Osceola Festival! You can dance to performances by Lalo Rodriguez, Edwin el Calvito Reyes and Orquesta Fuego. The children can enjoy the bounces houses and free snow cones!

Join the City of Orlando as it celebrates its’ diverse community at the Amway Center. Mayor Buddy Dyer and District 2 City Commissioner Tony Ortiz are hosting a Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration Event where you can enjoy Latinx food, music, and entertainment.

Festival Calle Orange
