Food and drinks are available for purchase and this free event is guaranteed to start Mother’s Day weekend with a smile.
Forest Bathing with Julie
Inspired by the Japanese practice of “shinrin yoku”, forest bathing is the process of experiencing nature through the senses. Treat Mom to a mental and physical experience like no other. Head over to Mead Botanical Gardens on May 14 from 11 am to 1 pm and join Julie for a relaxing two-hour session of listening to nature, meditation, forest bathing, and end the session by relaxing and enjoying some tea.
