Skeletons are coming to the Center! (Not-so) spooky skeletons are arriving soon to the Center. Join us in October to see life-sized skeleton displays of dinos, cowboys, vultures and more. There will be over 50 silly skeletons all around the Center.
This year marks our 43rd Annual Haunted House!! In 1978, the ladies of the Sorosis Club came up with a fundraising idea that has grown into our Annual Haunted House. It was an instant hit for the residents in our community and they look forward to coming back every year.
We have a wide assortment of pumpkins to choose from! After you choose your pumpkin, we can put your name on it and put it in the pumpkin pen if you want to stay awhile to play, eat some of our baked goods, have lunch at the food truck in our picnic area.
The “Alligator Capital of the World™” is bringing back its popular Gators, Ghosts and Goblins™ Halloween event for a third year in a row of family fun and fright done right. The all-ages, daytime, family-friendly event at Gatorland® takes place weekends from Oct. 9 through 31.
Every Friday and Saturday night in October zombies invade Old Town with a performance of the Halloween classic, “Thriller.” Join us as no mere mortal can resist the evil of the Thriller. Performances are three times a night in front of the Old Town Main Stage. 7:50pm 8:50pm 9:50pm
Someone grab the fly swatter because gigantic bugs have invaded City Hall! The building’s walls are a canvas for a projection animated Halloween Light Show full of creepy crawlers and holiday icons. The 15-minute show runs in a continuous loop from 7-9 p.m. on Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays
Oct. 1 to Oct. 31, bring your little ballerina, pirate or princess out to ICON Park for a free ride on its signature attraction, The Wheel. ICON Park is offering complimentary tickets to The Wheel for kids 12 and under who are dressed up in costumes
Join us for a Hauntingly Historic event! This October, the renowned Bradlee-McIntyre House of Longwood, Florida will play host to an exciting experiment in the supernatural. Every home has its secrets!

Scream n’ Stream, the drive-thru haunt attraction, returns this September, bringing new scares to a new location. The attraction, which debut at Boggy Creek Airboat Adventures last year, will take over Oviedo Mall this time around, with activities taking place select nights Sept. 17 through.

Remember the good old days when everyone spent some time “down on the farm”? You could see the animals, relax and enjoy the great outdoors. Since 1980 our family owned farm has allowed visitors to pet and feed a variety of animals and see wildlife up close.

Cosplay 101 for Grades 6-12 Students will work with an experienced costumer to create their own cosplay characters! No special equipment is required, but you may bring your own materials with teacher’s approval.
Come shuffle, creep, and howl in your best Zombie costume on our walking trail. Trick or treat and dance to the Zombie beat. All ages welcome. Zombie costume contest at 8pm.
Families can enjoy a variety of food from more than 20 food trucks, live music, and outdoor seating on the streets of downtown Sanford.
