Can you believe that we are halfway through February already? 2022 is definitely in full swing. I hope the kids enjoy the day off of school on Monday for President’s Day. Dragons Hidden Treasure Quest

Hidden Treasure Quest January 17 – April 3 Join in the fun of a mythical journey through the 50-acre botanical gardens to find the dragons’ hidden treasure.  Each guest, a “seeker,” will receive a special map with information on finding  legendary artifacts and clues.  Each clue will help guide the “seeker” to decipher the meaning and find the location of the hidden treasure. Beware of the Dragons!

Dragons & Fairies

Experience this moving story as live actors in beautiful costumes lead you on a 3/4 mile journey. Along the way, you’ll encounter large-scale lighting installations, lots of surprises and animatronic dragons. It’s a journey unlike anything you’ve ever seen.

Silver Spurs Rodeo

One of Osceola County’s longest and most treasured traditions, the Silver Spurs Rodeo is back featuring all seven traditional rodeo events: bull riding, saddle bronc riding, bareback riding, steer wrestling, team roping, tie-down roping, and barrel racing.

Orlando REP’s Pete the Cat

The favorite children’s book and television character created by James Dean and Kimberly Dean comes back to life onstage in the musical Pete The Cat (February 18 – April 10, 2022), written by Sarah Hammond and Will Aronson. The minute the groovy blue cat meets The Biddles, he gets the whole family rocking- that is, except for Jimmy, the most organized second grader on planet Earth.

Osceola County Fair

Osceola County Fair is one of the leading County Fairs in the State of Florida and largest annual event in Osceola County!

OSC’s Otronicon Science Festival

Orlando Science Center celebrates igniting a passion for science and technology during Otronicon Science Festival February 18–21, 2022! At Otronicon, guests of all ages will walk on the cutting edge through state-of-the-art gaming and simulation technologies, including military and medical simulators not typically available to the public.

The Lions Den Family Event in Orange City

Ocoee’s Music in the Park Valentine’s Edition

The City of Ocoee Parks and Recreation presents Music in the Park Valentine’s Edition. Join us on the 18th from 6-9pm at Bill Breeze Park. Enjoy musical performances by The Sweet Talkers and indulge in a variety of food trucks. This Orlando band brings the soul to Central Florida!

Winter Park Library’s Read at the Mead

Join Ms. Shanna for stories, songs, fingerplays, and rhymes in a nature-themed surrounding at Mead Botanical Gardens! We’ll be sitting on the ground (Learning Circle) so please (BYOB) bring your own blanket. Afterwards enjoy a nature walk around the beautiful Mead Gardens which is always free and open to the public!

Ecology in Action Day with City of Orlando

Ecology in Action Day is an educational event geared towards kids 3 – 5 years old (although other ages are welcome as well). Our educator will lead children in hands-on crafts and games inspired by nature at Lake Lorna Doone Park every Monday and Friday.

President’s Day Camp at Central Florida Zoo

We’re going WILD at the Zoo with an all-day adventure for kids ages 6-12 that includes the Seminole Aerial Adventure Course! Experience zip-lining through the trees, meeting some amazing animals up close, and a variety of fun activities, including exploring the Zoo!
